Online booking for barbershops

A barbershop loses the chair when a fade is booked in a text and then nobody shows. The thread is a bad calendar: you scroll to find who wanted a beard trim at 4, and that time was never blocked. Schedi is a booking page for the chair. The client opens your link, picks the service you created, and takes an open time inside the hours you set. The visit shows up in the business portal instead of in your messages.

A missed lineup still costs a slot you could have given to someone already in the shop. Schedi emails a reminder the morning of the appointment, on by default, at the hour you pick. On Pro you can require a card deposit before the visit is confirmed. The deposit stays off until you turn it on. Free and Starter cannot collect a card deposit. If a client who already paid by card cancels inside the window you set, Pro can charge that fee. Free and Starter only show the rule.

The public page is one link, like schedi.app/your-shop. Put it in a text, a bio, or a QR code you print at the counter. Schedi does not draw the QR image. Free is $0: pay at the appointment, one service, and five bookings a week, confirmed as soon as the client reserves. Starter is $29 a month: more services, no weekly cap, and Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Pro is $49 a month and adds card checkout on your Stripe account. Log a walk-in from the portal so the page stops offering that time.
